Cancellation & Return Policy – artees.com

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing or printing begins.

  • Once production starts, cancellation is not allowed.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@artees.com.

2. Returns

  • Custom or printed products are non-returnable, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

  • Standard products may be returned within X days of delivery (unused & in original packaging).

3. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and includes all tags/packaging

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected.

  • Refund processing may take X business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.
